Introduction

This Subscription Policy forms a part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By purchasing, accessing, or using any subscription plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Subscription Policy. This document is A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.

Scope of Premium Access

Payment for premium access grants the subscriber access to all content and features behind the payment gateway, including without limitation practice tests and practice questions that are not otherwise available to users not on a subscription plan.

Plan Types & Access Parity

All subscription plans provide the same scope of access to materials. The sole differences among plans are the time period covered and the price (rate) associated with such period.

Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewing and will renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.
  • The applicable billing period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual) is specified at the time of purchase and determines renewal frequency.
  • At renewal, the then-current rate for your plan will be charged to your saved payment method unless you change or cancel your plan before renewal.

Managing Your Subscription

To cancel, update, or switch plans, navigate to your Profile (accessible through the sidebar once logged in) and select Manage Subscription. You will be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal. Follow the on-screen instructions to:

  • change plans;
  • update payment method and billing details;
  • cancel automatic renewal; and
  • view prior invoices and payment history.

All subscription management actions (including cancellations and plan changes) must be completed via the Stripe Customer Portal.

Cancellation & Access Changes

  • When you cancel, your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • At the end of the billing period, premium access is revoked. You may re-subscribe at any time by purchasing a new plan.

Refund Policy

We consider refund requests only for the current billing period and only under the following conditions:

  • Timing: The request must be made within two (2) days of the start of the current billing period.
  • Usage: No premium materials (including practice tests or practice questions) may have been accessed during that timeframe.
  • Discretion: All refunds are at the sole discretion of the Company. We may decline any refund request. We only agree to consider refunds; no refund is guaranteed.

To request a refund, contact support at [email protected] and include your account email, plan type, purchase date, and a brief description of your request.

Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments are processed by Stripe. We recommend that you review Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.

Invoices & Records

Copies of previous invoices and your billing history are available in the Stripe Customer Portal referenced above.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made. Your continued use of a subscription after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
